I am a licensed independent social worker with a decade of experience, combining my clinical training, military service, and personal life experiences. In my practice I treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, substance abuse, codependency, low self-esteem, HIV, High stress careers, divorce, and life’s unpredictable transitions. I provide individual therapy in person or via telehealth, couples sessions and family therapy. I treat 13 yrs old + up. I am a LGBTQ+ ally. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, CBT, SFT and MI.
